Once you have created an account with us, we will store your medical records in an electronic media format, which can be easily accessed by your physician or healthcare provider anywhere and anytime -- with your consent, of course!
Purchase the products you need and follow the simple instructions on your receipt. Place a copy of the receipt along with your check and medical records and mail them to the address provided on the receipt.

We will convert them into electronic media and store them securely, so that they can be accessed via internet from our secured website by the physician/hospital of your choice. Do not send originals, as we destroy all medical records once they have been converted into EHR.
